How it Works

Step 1: Submit Your Graphic. Provide us with your company logo or graphic.

Step 2: Free Vectorization & Design. Our team will professionally vectorize your image for maximum clarity and design a custom, repeatable pattern across the tab.

Step 3: Digital Proof Approval. We’ll send you a digital mockup of your custom Dri-Tab to review and approve.

Step 4: Production & Delivery. Once approved, we manufacture your custom plant-based desiccants and ship them directly to your facility.

 Specifications 

Quantity: We currently have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 25,000 tabs.

Price: $0.065 per tab for our standard 40x40mm size. (custom sizes are available but prices vary).

One Time Fee: A one time print plate fee of $199.

Shipping: The cost of shipping within the US 48 is included. 

Production Time: Please allow 5-7 weeks for production and delivery. 

Payment Terms: 50% Upon Approval, 50% on Delivery. (Invoice Sent via Email)

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: We keep it small business friendly! You can start with as few as 25,000 units. This allows you to test the custom look without committing to a massive inventory.

Q: Is the $199 setup fee a one-time cost?

A: Yes! This fee covers the creation of the physical printing plate for your logo. You only pay this on your very first order. All future reorders are fee-free.

Q: Can I see what it looks like before you print?

A: Absolutely. We never print blindly. After you submit your order and logo, our design team will email you a digital proof. We won't start production until you give us the "Thumbs Up."

Q: Are the inks food safe?

A: 100%. We use only certified non-toxic, food-grade inks that are safe for direct contact with dry food products. Safety is our #1 priority.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: Custom takes a little time to get perfect. Expect a lead time of roughly 5–7 weeks from the moment you approve your artwork.

Q: Do these replace silica gel packets?

A: Yes, and they work better! Our fiber desiccant tabs absorb 3x more moisture than silica gel, keeping your treats crunchy without the risk of loose beads.
