Long Lasting

  • The Greenhouse Effect

Greenhouses are designed to trap moisture—ideal for growing plants, but not for storing food. Unfortunately, food containers can create the same environment, allowing unwanted "things" to grow.

  • Climate-Controlled!

Our solution to excess moisture and condensation within food storage containers are Zorbette Dri-Tabs. The first food safe, powerful and sustainable moisture absorbers designed for food preservation.

  • Absorb It with Zorbette!

Zorbette Dri-Tabs are eco-friendly, plant-based desiccants designed to protect perishable items by absorbing moisture more effectively than traditional silica gel.

Customizable freshness!

I wanted an alternative to silica gel packs that was more space efficient for moisture control in storage, perishables, etc. These thin little tabs seem just as effective at keeping sealed products dry and fresh as the silica packs (usually 5g) I was using before. I like that they waste less space, and are also customizable since you can cut them into smaller sizes ... I wanted an alternative to silica gel packs that was more space... Peace of mind!

Use these with freeze dried fruits and don’t have to worry about chemicals getting in my food anymore. They do what they are supposed to. Nice little pads I used for a unique project.

I had an integral blind patio door window outer pane get shattered. A new one was about the cost of an entire patio door set so I had a new pane of glass cut and repaired it using these absorbers inside between the panes of glass. These keep any humidity from showing up in my window panes unit. I had an integral blind patio door window outer pane get shattered.... Better than Silica Packets

These dry tabs appear to work better than silica gel packets I have been using for years. I like that you can tell when they are full as they become soft and they are safer. Great product for anything that takes on moisture

Great item for my spice jars. It’s summer and the humidity is making a mess of my seasoning. This product will help keep them from becoming solid clumps. I would buy again. Variety of applications and definitely help keel moisture away!

My lettuce definitely lasted over 2 weeks! I used 2 little sheets for each lettuce container and I’m pleased to say they lasted longer than without them. Now, I’m using these dry tabs on everything. From purses to pantry items. Will definitely purchase more. My lettuce definitely lasted over 2 weeks! I used 2 little sheets... My lettuce definitely lasted over 2 weeks! YES. You need them.

I will recommend these to everyone and their mother, father, cousin, neighbor, fellow book club member, etc.For the record, these are not a miracle cure, and I say that so that people don't assume you can use them INSTEAD of properly storing the foods (I use them for my produce, specifically was very important for berries). I feel like that assumption may result in a poor experience and therefore poor reviews, and that's unfair to the sellers. (Who are AMAZING btw, but I'll get there.)SO. Keeping that in mind, these made my berries last WAY longer than usual. I used to only get like 4 or 5 days MAX and that was still with throwing away anywhere from just a few to half a container. A week after buying these berries I literally only had to toss 3 berries out of the whole 12oz pack. And that may be partially my fault cause I think I traded out the tabs too late. As it is, I think checking them every day or every other day to make sure they're not slightly flimsy should fix that problem. Also, i think I should have used 2 or 3 instead of just 1. After doing those 2 things, I had no issues. I literally just used raspberries yesterday that I bought 12 days before and I only tossed 2 from the 12oz package. And the price? 100% worth it. Especially since they're reusable. Love love love.Also. The seller was AMAZING. I had a few questions that I couldn't find answers for so I sent a message and they answered within a few hours and were polite and accommodating. I don't have a toaster oven so I originally messaged to see if I could use my regular oven to recharge them. The answer is yes, btw, on a cookie sheet or some aluminum foil on 200° for 25 minutes, and then you let it cool in the oven for 10-15 minutes. I messaged them again to clarify if I was supposed to just turn off the oven or crack the door or something to let them cool and mentioned my fear of accidentally burning them if I did it wrong, to which they said to turn off the oven and maybe crack the door to let some of the heat out and that if they DID accidentally burn after following those instructions that they would replace them for me. Which I want expecting and was really nice of them to offer. I had no problems with that happening, so there was no need but it was greatly appreciated. They also gave me tips on how to store my berries (by placing the tabs on the top of them and then flipping the container over so the tabs were on the bottom) when I asked about placement of the tabs. Amazing, wonderful, lovely, all the nice adjectives to describe their customer service. I will recommend these to everyone and their mother, father, cousin, neighbor,... FAQ's About Dri-Tabs

What are Zorbette Dri-Tabs, and how do they work?

Zorbette Dri-Tabs are eco-friendly fiber desiccants made from 90% moisture-absorbing hibiscus plant fibers and 10% food-grade hygroscopic calcium chloride. They work by attracting and absorbing moisture from the surrounding environment, helping to prevent mold, mildew, and moisture damage in small spaces. The tabs hold up to 100% of their weight in moisture, making them more effective than traditional silica gel packets.

Where can I use Zorbette Dri-Tabs?

Zorbette Dri-Tabs are versatile and ideal for use in various small spaces prone to moisture buildup, such as:

  • Food storage containers
  • Pantries and kitchen cabinets
  • Shoe boxes and closets
  • Gym bags and luggage
  • RVs, boats, and cars
Their thin, compact design makes them easy to place anywhere moisture control is needed.

What makes Zorbette Dri-Tabs different from traditional desiccants like silica gel?

Zorbette Dri-Tabs are made from 90% sustainable plant-based materials and are three times more effective at absorbing moisture than silica gel. They are eco-friendly, safe, and tear-resistant, making them an innovative alternative.

How long do Zorbette Dri-Tabs last, and how will I know when to recharge them?

Zorbette Dri-Tabs typically last several weeks, depending on the humidity level in the environment. You’ll know it’s time to recharge when the tabs become soft and bendy, indicating they’ve absorbed their maximum moisture capacity.

How do I recharge Zorbette Dri-Tabs?

Place the tabs in a toaster oven.

Heat them at 200°F (93°C) for 25 minutes.

Allow them to cool completely before reuse.
This process restores the Dri-Tabs to their moisture-absorbing capabilities, making them reusable and cost-effective.

Are Zorbette Dri-Tabs safe to use around food and in enclosed spaces?

Yes! Zorbette Dri-Tabs are made with food-grade materials and are safe for use in food storage areas. They are non-toxic, do not emit harmful chemicals, and are safer than traditional silica gel packets since they do not tear open. Their sustainable, biodegradable composition also makes them an environmentally friendly choice.
